		<description>You needed more sugar most likely, not necessarily more cream. Corn syrup would have helped too. More fat wouldn&#039;t have hurt, obviously, but ice cream can be made with 1/2&amp;1/2. Also, as a marscapone/cream alternative, I highly recommend (esp. w. blueberries) greek yoghurt. I made some blueberry-thyme sherbert that was yoghurt based last week and it was AMAZING. So that&#039;s my guess. Good luck!</description>
